Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, notify us at info@roadcapture.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your return request, you must ship the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Dash cams or car electronics that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items marked as final sale
Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- UAE customers: refunds issued in AED
- International customers: refunds issued in USD to the original payment method
Exchanges Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
